Short description:
The IT Support Officer reports to the Team Leader IT & T. The main area of responsibility is the day-to-day support and activities related to the organization. This position is highly technical in nature, requires excellent technical skills in a variety of competencies, and the ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
Other areas of responsibility include:

Follow-up the status of faulty equipment sent for repair/replacement and ensure that will be within the agreed SLA’s

Provide 2nd level of support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction on workstation and network level
-
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software
-
Maintain a tidy inventory of existing hardware and software
-
Cooperate with Senior IT colleagues for ongoing maintenance of the servers and networks

Patch management and upgrades for the workstations

Project management – running small scale IT projects
Απαιτήσεις
Qualifications:
-
BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any relevant field
-
Previous relevant working experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
-
Knowledge and understanding of networking (TCP/IP), Virtualization and related systems required for devices to use network resources successfully (DNS, DHCP)

Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages (verbal and written)
